This is not just another coaching role. This is a career progression opportunity for an ambitious coach, PE graduate or inclusion worker who is ready to take on more responsibility, lead programmes, and develop into a senior role within a growing organisation.
You will play a key role in:
- Program Delivery & Leadership
- Lead and oversee high-quality sports delivery across schools and community settings
- Maintain strong session standards aligned with safeguarding and coaching best practice
- Support and mentor coaching staff
- Operations & Organisation
- Coordinate staffing, rotas and bookings
- Support planning and delivery of events, camps and projects
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of programmes
- Development & Growth
- Build relationships with schools and partners
- Support new programme ideas and community engagement
- Contribute to funding, reporting and impact tracking (supported by leadership)
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a sports coaching, PE or SEND background
- Is ready to take the next step into leadership
- Is organised, proactive and reliable
- Enjoys working with people and managing teams
- Wants to grow with an organisation long-term
- Has experience delivering sport or physical activity
- Strong communication and organisational skills
