My client is a leading IT Consultancy providing services to a Government customer. They require an OTSM Trainer for a 6 month contract (inside IR35).

The Project Trainer Specialist will:

  • Conduct Needs Analysis: Consult with objective managers and stakeholders to identify critical training gaps caused by new processes or software.
  • Design Curriculum: Build comprehensive training frameworks, lesson plans, user guides, and digital learning assets tailored to diverse business audiences.
  • Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging instructor-led workshops, webinars, and hands-on system simulations across multiple business functions.
  • Support System Rollouts: Provide dedicated, high-touch training support during critical go-live windows to accelerate user adoption.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Measure training success using post-course assessments and feedback surveys to refine materials continuously.
  • Maintain Documentation: Update user manuals, knowledge base articles, and video libraries as project scopes and features evolve.
  • Administer LMS: Upload, track, and report on project-specific training completion metrics within the Learning Management System.

The contract can be executed from offices in Central London or Gloucestershire. Suitable candidates must hold SC Clearance as a minimum and be open to clear to end customer level.
