Responsibilities
- Coaching on the sales floor by listening live calls and providing real‑time coaching.
- Running focused one‑to‑ones built around specific call examples from the week.
- Having direct conversations when activity, behaviour, or numbers slip.
- Spotting patterns that work or don’t work and coaching the team accordingly.
- Running energetic team huddles to sharpen focus.
- Interviewing and onboarding new consultants as the team grows.
- Working with sourcing, marketing, and finance to launch and campaign smoothly.
Qualifications
