Are you a multi-skilled engineer with strong CCTV, intruder and access control experience, alongside a good working knowledge of fire alarm systems? Our client is expanding its field engineering team and is looking for an experienced Fire Security Engineer to support a varied portfolio of commercial, education and infrastructure sites.
You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, small works and occasional installation activity across a broad range of security and fire systems. This role is particularly well suited to an engineer with strong IP CCTV and electronic security experience who is also confident servicing and repairing fire alarm systems.
You will work independently across your allocated area, managing your schedule, communicating with customers and ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high technical standard.
Job Description Duties will include:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing CCTV, intruder alarm, access control and door entry systems
- Diagnosing faults on IP and analogue CCTV networks, control panels, devices, circuits and associated equipment
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on fire alarm systems
