We are looking for a confident and organised Plant Sales Advisor & Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied hybrid role combining customer service, plant advice, sales administration, and general office support.

The ideal candidate will have strong plant knowledge and a genuine passion for horticulture, as a large part of the role involves advising customers via phone and email on suitable plant selections, aftercare, and troubleshooting. This is a busy and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, communicating with customers, and being part of a fast-paced nursery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Advising customers on plant selection, suitability, planting, and aftercare
  • Preparing customer quotations and processing orders
  • Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Assisting with delivery coordination and scheduling
  • Preparing and managing delivery paperwork and invoices
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and drivers
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Good horticultural and plant knowledge is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ideal Candidate

Hours

This is a full time role working Monday- Friday, 08:30-17:00 each day. All our staff are office based 100% of the time to ensure connectivity and support. Part time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
