Our work pops up in homes, gyms, events, and even for big-name brands like Nike, Spotify, Channel 4, Adidas, and David Lloyd Clubs.
We’re looking for a confident, organised Sales Administrator to be the voice of our business and the glue that keeps our sales operations running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering calls and emails, booking site visits, and making a great first impression with every customer
- Following up enquiries and preparing quotes that get deals over the line
- Reaching out to clients to offer our maintenance packages (earning commission as you go)
- Scheduling site and maintenance visits
- Ordering office supplies and handling general admin to keep the wheels turning
- Using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and cloud tools (we’ll train you where needed)
