EFT Construction Ltd is a Northwest-based construction company delivering high-quality New Builds, Extensions, Refurbishments, Reactive Maintenance and Project Management services across the region. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a stable and well-established business with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
They are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects across the North West. You will be responsible for managing project delivery from construction phase through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, strong health & safety awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Typical site operating hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, although flexibility may occasionally be required to meet project demands.
