What you'll do
- Design and produce instructional content for diverse learning environments.

- Evaluate and enhance existing training resources based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or technical writing.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & tools
- Familiarity with multimedia production tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of content management systems and learning management systems.
- Experience in the broadcast or media technology industry is a plus.
