The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils both individually and in small groups. You will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Experience working within an SEN, SEND, or SEMH setting.
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, particularly autism.
- The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
