The academy supports pupils from primary through to secondary age; therefore, applicants are encouraged to state their preferred age range in their application. Opportunities are available across both phases, and staff flexibility is highly valued, supporting future career progression.

There are also opportunities to work additional hours within the residential care team for those who are interested. This Specialist Academy is a residential special school for boys aged 7 - 16 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Our pupils often arrive with disrupted educational experiences and complex challenges.

Our dedicated team works to ensure that every pupil leaves with strong academic outcomes, as well as improved social and behavioural skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated and committed team focused on achieving the highest standards and making a genuine difference.
