Grass Roots Academic Support is supporting a specialist SEN school in the Breckland area in its search for an experienced and committed Assistant Headteacher. This is a fixed-term appointment for an initial one-term period, with the potential for a permanent position for the successful candidate. The role offers an exciting opportunity to combine Senior Leadership Team responsibilities with teaching across Key Stages 1-3 within a small, nurturing SEMH setting.
The successful candidate will also undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and play a key role in driving school improvement, supporting staff development and ensuring outstanding outcomes for pupils.
