We are working with a well-regarded Secondary Academy in Braintree, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Head of MFL to lead their French and Spanish department. Job Overview

  • The academy caters for students aged 11-19.
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, Head of MFL role.
  • Lead and manage the MFL department, overseeing French and Spanish provision.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated MFL lessons across KS3-KS5.
  • Monitor, track, and raise student attainment and progress across the department.
  • Develop and implement a high-quality, ambitious MFL curriculum.
  • Support and mentor staff within the department, promoting best teaching practices.
