Grasp is the AI Analyst built for private market professionals, founded in Stockholm, a city known to be the leading European hub for unicorns. The $1.4 trillion financial advisory industry relies heavily on costly and scarce cognitive labour. It’s so inefficient that firms charge millions of dollars for junior teams, whose work is 90% manual and repetitive. We are convinced that AI will provide a massive productivity uplift by automating and enhancing this work. Grasp is purpose‑built to lead that transformation, with proprietary AI systems designed specifically to solve the complex workflows of finance professionals. We are post Series A, growing 4x year‑over‑year, have more than 250 customers including all Big‑4s, and are currently scaling our UK and US teams.
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth in the UK, bringing the power of our AI Analyst to investment banks, management consultancies, and private equities. As one of our first UK hires, you’ll play a key role in building our presence from the ground up. This is an in‑office role for a self‑starter who feels at home speaking with senior decision‑makers and thrives on ambitious targets.
You’ll own the full sales cycle across SMB and enterprise opportunities, from first meeting to close. You’ll also work closely with the UK team on go‑to‑market execution, customer feedback, and building repeatable commercial playbooks.
Skills and requirements:
- 2-10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with performance outweighing tenure.
- Proven track record of beating quota and outperforming peers.
- Background in, or having sold to, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity is a plus (not required).
