Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up new equipment for deployment.
- Correct handling and correct storage of equipment, including some manual handling such as lifting and moving equipment and stock.
- Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.
- Servicing returned equipment including minor repairs and fault finding.
- Handling of incoming surface mail.
- Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information accessed during the course of work.
- Supporting staff with administration tasks.
- General office duties as directed by senior staff.
- Maintaining awareness and actively complying with current Information Governance (IG) and Information Security (IS) standards and policies in force at Graphnet.
- Achieving the required standard when examined, following mandatory in-house or role-specific online training.
Key Competencies:
- Good IT skills including general use of Windows-based PCs, the Internet and email; the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Android-based products.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised and presentable to customers.
- Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
