The company operates within the B2B manufacturing and distribution sector, generating EBITDA of c.£15m, with a strong multi-site UK presence and international operations. Backed by a leading mid-market private equity investor, the business has already completed several acquisitions and is entering the next phase of its buy-and-build journey.
This opportunity offers the chance to take full ownership of the Group's M&A agenda, leading transactions from origination and market mapping through to execution and integration. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, CFO, Board, and investors, playing a central role in driving strategic growth across the platform.
We are keen to engage with ambitious M&A professionals from M&A Advisory, Corporate Development and Private Equity environments who are looking for a broad, hands-on role with genuine influence and visibility.
