Freelance opportunities
- Product Designers (Design Systems Specialists)
- Building and evolving robust design systems
- Creating scalable component libraries
- Ensuring cohesion across complex digital ecosystems
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and quality
- Applying design expertise within regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services and government, with an understanding of compliance and governance requirements
- Digital Brand Designers
- End-to-end brand development experience including naming, strategy, identity, motion and digital brand systems
- The ability to create distinctive, modern identities tailored for digital products and platforms
- A portfolio that shows strategic thinking paired with beautiful execution
- Experience delivering brand work within regulated sectors, including navigating constraints, approvals and compliance considerations
- Front-End Developers (AI and MCP Experience)
- Strong front-end engineering skills (React, Next.js, TypeScript and more)
- Experience integrating AI models and services
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern AI-enabled workflows
- An eye for detail and a passion for smooth, high-quality user experiences
- Experience building solutions for regulated sectors, ideally with an understanding of security, data protection and industry-specific compliance requirements
