We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer who will support and maintain cloud solutions and services as part of our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. We are using fresh ideas and leading-edge tech to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, every day and at key moments in their lives.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Microsoft 365 (Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Loop, Power Platform, Exchange etc.)
- Building and extending Copilot Agents
- Leveraging and optimising the use of Microsoft Graph and REST APIs
- Using and securing Azure services, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure AI, Log Analytics/Sentinel
- Debugging and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 workloads and custom solutions
- Using the following languages: PowerShell/CLI, Kusto Query Language (KQL), YAML and in infrastructure as code language such as Bicep/ARM

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help us keep our cloud services running smoothly and reliably. You will be part of a friendly and skilled team working on everything from day-to-day support to exciting projects using Microsoft's latest tech, including Generative AI and automation tools.

Details
Location: You will join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle, whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you will spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £68,517.
Pension: You will get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth over £16,000 per year.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You will also get all the usual public holidays.
