We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for making things happen. You’ll work alongside talented technical and data professionals, leading a wide range of initiatives focused on creating and maintaining cutting‑edge data products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of psychological safety in teams and manage team dynamics.
- Foster a continuous improvement environment.
- Lead and build stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
- Proactively learn and support the development of yourself and others.
- Apply Agile principles and practices to digital delivery of data products/services or platforms.
- Create psychologically safe spaces for expert digital teams to innovate and deliver.
- Ensure team members have the resources they need to deliver top‑quality services.
- Identify blockers and find effective solutions.
- Place the user at the centre of all activities, focusing on individuals and interactions, values and behaviours rather than processes or tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in Agile delivery in a data product/service or platform environment.
- Leadership experience in building stakeholder relationships.
- Experience promoting psychological safety and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Background in digital delivery and data environments.
Location & Working Arrangements
You’re based in one of our digital hubs in Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield – whichever is most convenient. We work a hybrid model, with time in the hub and time working from home.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive pay from £57,946 to £75,748.
- Pension: Civil Service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%.
