We are looking for talented Product Managers to join five of our dynamic teams. You will shape product direction, make key decisions, and be a powerful advocate for users in some of the most impactful services in the UK. Product Managers sit at the heart of DWP Digital's mission: ensuring people across the UK receive the financial support they rely on quickly, safely and with dignity. You will help tackle complex problems at national scale, improving services used by millions every day. From supporting disabled people, to helping citizens manage debt fairly, to enabling colleagues through modern corporate and collaboration tools—your decisions will shape the future of welfare delivery. You will champion user needs, make evidence based decisions, and lead continuous improvement from discovery through to delivery. Responsibilities
- Shape product direction, make key decisions, and advocate for users.
- Lead product development for a major service, programme, or organisational area; align teams and deliver meaningful value for users.
- Set direction, clarify outcomes, and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve them.
- Develop product strategy and create value-driven roadmaps from discovery through delivery.
- Build and mature product capability, continually improving quality, ways of working, and wider organisational understanding of product management based on user insight and evidence-based design.

- Debt: Products that manage different types of debt and how we collect it from users.
- Health & Disability: Services that support people needing financial help due to health conditions or disabilities.
- Corporate Services: Core systems and tools that enable colleagues to work effectively.
- Communication & Collaboration: Products within the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Office, Lists and Forms.
- Core Digital Services: Leading the rebuild of legacy services to better meet user needs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working directly with users to understand their needs and make priority decisions that deliver value as early as possible.
- Strong track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders and confidently managing challenge.
- Experience leading a product end-to-end, setting clear goals and direction, and providing mentoring and coaching to support team success.

- Location: You will join us in one of our digital hubs in Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield—whichever is most convenient for you.
- Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model—spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
- Pay: Competitive pay from £57,946 - £68,205.
- Pension: 28.97% employer contributions, worth up to £19,759 per year.
- Holidays: Generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days with service. Up to 3 extra flexi-time days per month plus public holidays.
