Performance Analysis helps us transform and improve DWP services. You'll use data analytics to give key, in-depth insights into how users inside and outside DWP interact with and use our services, ensuring we meet user needs and their expectations.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. We're driving a once-in-a-generation transformation of government services - building and maintaining innovative, scalable and user-centric digital solutions.

You'll use your experience with analytical tools like Azure and Power BI to gain a thorough understanding of the problem, interrogating the data and refining it. You'll also be supporting and guiding your team, leveraging your experience and skills to guide and coach them to identify problems, curate and examine data, and design robust solutions.

You’ll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Manchester or Leeds, whichever is most convenient for you. We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work and collaborate flexibly. We work a hybrid model - you’ll be in the office some of the time, and the rest working from home.
We offer competitive pay of up to £73,350. You’ll also get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth over 28.9%, and a generous leave package starting at 26 days. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time.
