You and your role
You’ll be part of our Management Information team. DWP needs the right intelligence for it to be able to deliver and improve our services. Management Information is an integral part of providing the intelligence to enable this. The DWP MI team provide the strategic capability for MI reporting and visualisations across the entire Department. Our Agile Delivery Managers enable expert digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver. The level of expertise here is incredible and it’s your mission to get the best out of them. You’ll create psychologically safe spaces where those experts can be at their best. You’ll make sure our people have what they need to deliver the best services. You’ll identify blockers and find the best way round through, and over. Our focus is on individuals and interactions, values and behaviours – not processes tools or documentations – and we put the user at the centre of everything we do. Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members. This is a brilliant opportunity to fast‑track your skills and your career as part of the largest Delivery community in government.

Location: You’ll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model – you’ll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay from £57,946 to £75,748.
Pension: You’ll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth up to £19,759 per year.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
Flexi‑time: You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi‑time. You’ll also get all the usual public holidays.
