We are looking for an IT Service Manager to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. We’re using fresh ideas and leading-edge technologies to build, transform and maintain innovative, scalable and user-centric digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, at key moments in their lives. Delivery. Work. Projects. You join us as a IT Service Manager, working on our Health Product Support team. You will play a key role in managing live services across a wide range of technologies, ensuring performance targets are met and services are continuously improved. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, including health assessment providers, to resolve incidents, reduce problems, and deliver a first-class user experience. You will also contribute to major incident resolution, translate technical issues into business impact, and support on-call duties on a rota basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in public service delivery while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
