You will ensure we stay aligned to Configuration Management policies and standards, maintaining the integrity of Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships. You will develop and implement Configuration Management plans and procedures, agree scope with stakeholders and ensure changes are properly assessed, approved and communicated. You will manage and improve the CMDB and associated processes, capturing, tracking, auditing and reporting on configuration data to ensure accuracy and availability.

- Strong experience in IT Configuration Management, with hands-on expertise in CMDBs and delivering effective solutions in complex environments using industry-standard data models.
- Working knowledge of Service Management frameworks, ideally ITIL.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate and deliver with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with related analytical and reporting tools.

Location: You will join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Blackpool, Manchester or Newcastle, whichever is most convenient for you.
