Social Media Manager (English and Arabic dialect)
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will manage content creation, posting schedules, community interactions, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (mainly copy) tailored to each client’s brand voice and objectives
- Localise copy between English and Arabic (Iraqi dialect)
- Plan and schedule posts across different platforms
- Community management: Monitor and manage all social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally
- Community engagement: monitor and identify outreach opportunities to engage with audiences to promote brand awareness
- Liaise directly with stakeholders to align with goals, strategies, and report performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams including designers, and media strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, applying insights to client strategies
- Manage and optimise social media ad campaigns, including targeting, budgets, and performance tracking
- Prepare and present regular analytics reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Contribute ideas for innovative social media approaches that will differentiate clients in their industries
Knowledge and Expertise
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (Iraqi dialect), with the ability to create and adapt content in both languages as needed
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their unique strengths
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment
