We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Producer to lead the creation of complex, high-quality brand and content projects. This role suits a creative professional with a journalistic background and a keen interest in politics and current affairs, especially concerning the MENA region. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of communication products, primarily video content, along with still assets for coordinated campaigns.
- Apply journalistic insight to produce compelling content, especially in politically sensitive or complex contexts.
- Manage full production workflow from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee budgets and production timelines, ensuring financial efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Drive innovative ideas aligned with briefs by initiating collaborative processes that incorporate current events and political themes.
- Monitor workload vs. resources weekly, reporting to the Production Director and stakeholders.
- Use cultural insight, subject matter expertise, and production experience to inform all content stages—from brief to post-production.
- Manage post-production processes, including editing, graphics, and design in coordination with editors and designers.
- Review daily content, offering strategic feedback on ideas, treatments, scripts, and execution.
- Ensure smooth internal communication by sharing briefs, feedback, and schedules clearly and promptly.
- Oversee commissioning and approval processes to meet journalistic, editorial, and brand standards.
- Ensure final outputs are accurate, sensitive, and meet editorial and industry production standards.
- Uphold brand values—especially accuracy, trust, and integrity—across all content.
- Contribute to content strategy and campaign planning based on current events and audience needs.
- Address queries from teams, management, or clients with clarity and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships across teams, maintaining a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Support additional project needs with flexibility and commitment.

- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
- A strong understanding of and interest in the past and present social and political situation in the MENA region.
Experience, Qualifications and Core Skills
- Significant industry experience directly producing high-quality visual media for digital platforms.
- Experience operating with or demonstrating knowledge of current affairs and the political landscape of the MENA region.
