We’re on the lookout for a Midweight to Senior Designer / Art Director to join our growing creative studio — someone with a sharp eye, strong conceptual thinking, and the experience to lead projects from brief to final delivery with both creativity and strategic clarity. We’re in search of someone who’s not just creative, but proactive, collaborative, and excited to push boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Produce attractive and effective designs
- Work on a wide variety of creative projects, predominantly social media/ digital assets
- Be a design lead on particular projects/ brands - taking responsibility for the entire design output on those projects
- Be able to Art Direct design projects as well be the 'hands on' designer
- Work independently as well as under the guidance of the Creative Director.
Experience and Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic
- Undergraduate Degree or Masters Qualification in Graphic Design (or similar)
- Fluent in Adobe software programmes including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and ideally across motion graphics too.
- Across the latest developments in design-related AI
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial communications capacity or in a similar working environment.
