To set up, operate and maintain a Window Patch machine to ensure the safe and efficient production of high quality printed, folded, window patched and glued food and pharmaceutical/healthcare cartons in accordance with the requirements of our customers and with full compliance to PS9000 and BRC/IOP at all times. To ensure that those working on the Window patch machines are trained and competent.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Upon receipt of instructions from the works orders, obtain the required materials (such as glue, cut and creased cartons, window material, stencils), parts, consumables and works tickets to set up and operate the Window patch machine to produce the order to the customer’s specification.
- Set the Window patch machine for each run, including feeder, delivery.
