To support the Graphics & Technical Design Manager in the day-to-day running, and continual development, of the artwork, reprographics, pre-press and technical design business functions.
Responsible for coordinating the flow of work into the department, organising and prioritising all day-to-day reprographic tasks and assigning to suitable operators for processing, including preparations for the night shift.
Ensure all Technical Design and Sampling tasks remain under control, working in conjunction with the Technical Design Team Leader.
Monitor workload and resource capacity to ensure jobs are processed in a timely manner and meet customer expectations.
Ensure incoming emails, 1st stage assessments and final artwork downloads are completed in a suitable timeframe.
Provide cover for the Graphics & Technical Design Manager when they are unavailable.
