Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Reprographic Mac Operator to join our team at Graphic Brands in Ossett.

Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts 6-2 / 2-10 Monday to Thursday and 6-1 / 1- 8 Friday with an expectation to work overtime to meet the business demands when required.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Working from print specifications, prepare artwork files for both Flexographic and Digital print production.
- Step and quality check files prior to output for Flexographic plate production and Digital Press printing.
- Carry out thorough quality control checks on single-unit and stepped files to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Quality check both your own work and that of colleagues, maintaining high standards at all times.
- Ensure all artwork complies with customer specifications and internal production requirements.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reprographic processes and workflows.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Reprographic Operator within a print, packaging, or label production environment.
- Experience preparing artwork files for both Flexographic and Digital print processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ideally, experience using Esko Automation Engine (AE) and associated workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent quality control skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
