What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end network migration projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with technical teams to assess existing network infrastructure and identify requirements for migration.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Manage risks associated with network migrations, proactively identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the migration process.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of new network components.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-migration evaluations to stakeholders.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the migration process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within network migration or related IT projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
