Graphene Trace is a pioneering medical technology startup dedicated to preventing pressure ulcers by continuous and automated pressure mapping. Our mission is to make preventative technology smarter and more accessible using printed electronics & AI.
We are seeking a passionate and personable Clinical Trials & Customer Engagement Lead to help bring our solution to market. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and coordinating clinical usability trials, engaging directly with customers & ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. This role offers the opportunity to have real impact on the success of our startup; you will be given trust, ownership and the chance to make a lasting impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and coordination of clinical usability trials, from participant engagement & recruitment to data analysis & reporting
- Implement CRM systems to track communications, trial progress & participant data
- Oversee medical device compliance with standards & testing
- Directly engage with a diverse customer base, including wheelchair users, healthcare providers, care homes, and distributors
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years’ proven experience in clinical trials
- Excellent customer engagement & relationship-building skills
- Proficient in CRM (or CTMS) systems for clinical trial management
- Technical background in clinical, medical research, or similar
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Personable & approachable
Desirable Skills:
- Clinical trial planning experience
- Proactive by nature with a track record of spotting opportunities & taking initiative
- Experience working with wheelchair users, pressure care, or related fields
- Solid understanding of quantitative evaluation & structured data collection
- Project management
