We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a major commercial fit-out project in Milton Keynes. This is a large-scale scheme with a significant building footprint, offering long-term work and the opportunity to be part of a high-profile delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising electrical works across a large commercial fit-out
  • Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
  • Driving progress on site and resolving issues in real time
  • Working closely with the wider project team to maintain momentum
  • Maintaining strong site presence and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)
  • Strong site leadership skills – someone who leads from the front
  • Energetic, driven, and “on-the-ground” approach (not desk-bound)
  • Ability to manage large work areas and coordinate multiple workstreams
  • Solid understanding of programme delivery and site logistics
