We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a major commercial fit-out project in Milton Keynes. This is a large-scale scheme with a significant building footprint, offering long-term work and the opportunity to be part of a high-profile delivery team.
The role will suit someone hands-on, proactive, and driven, who thrives in a site-based environment and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising electrical works across a large commercial fit-out
- Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Driving progress on site and resolving issues in real time
- Working closely with the wider project team to maintain momentum
- Maintaining strong site presence and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)
- Strong site leadership skills – someone who leads from the front
- Energetic, driven, and “on-the-ground” approach (not desk-bound)
- Ability to manage large work areas and coordinate multiple workstreams
- Solid understanding of programme delivery and site logistics
- Large-scale commercial office fit-out
- Long-term programme with phased delivery
- Opportunity for further works as additional tenants are secured
- £75,000 salary or £270–£300 per day (DOE/Preference)
