Our client is a fast-growing, London-based business with a turnover of £30m to £60m in three years. This newly created role reflects their ambition and the scale of their pipeline. You will join a well-established commercial team of experienced QS professionals and Commercial Managers, giving you the support structure to thrive whilst taking genuine ownership of your projects.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle of MEP packages from procurement through to final account on projects up to £25m
- Preparing, submitting, and negotiating interim valuations and variations in line with contract terms
- Subcontract procurement, tendering, and letting, including robust subcontract management throughout delivery
- Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections for senior review
- Working collaboratively with project and site teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities early
- Attending client and project meetings, representing the commercial function with confidence
- Supporting the resolution of contractual disputes and claims under NEC or JCT conditions
