To support this growth, they are seeking a talented Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding and collaborative estimating team. The Role The ideal candidate will have a trimble software experience, a strong background in pipework and be confident in producing accurate estimates for all types of commercial pipe installations. What you\’ll be doing: * Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial and data centre projects. * Interpret drawings and specifications to produce accurate costings. * Work closely with the pre-construction and project teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids. * Utilise Trimble software for take-offs and measurements. * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. What you\’ll need: * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the building services industry. * Strong knowledge of pipework systems and commercial installations. * Proficient in Trimble estimating software. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
