Our Client are a London-based M&E engineering firm and they are growing, fast. This Electrical Supervisor role is for someone who has earned their stripes over years of commitment to their trade and their employers. Our client wants someone who understands what it means to be part of a team long-term and to see projects through properly. You'll be working on some of London's most prestigious commercial buildings and complex data centre schemes where our client sit as Tier 1 contractor, leading the works rather than sub-contracting into them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising electrical installations across commercial refurbishments and data centre projects
  • Managing and coordinating site operatives and sub-contract labour on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standard
  • Liaising with the Project Manager and commercial team to flag any programme or scope issues early
  • Carrying out toolbox talks, completing RAMS documentation, and maintaining site records
  • Acting as the technical lead on site, problem-solving, guiding the team, and setting the standard
  • Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities
