Our client is a London-based M&E engineering firm operating across high-value commercial and data centre projects. We're looking for an Electrical Project Manager who has built their career with commitment, someone who has invested time in their employers and been rewarded for it. If you've spent years developing deep knowledge within a business, this culture will feel like home. You'll work directly on projects across some of London's most prestigious commercial buildings and data centre schemes where our client operates as Tier 1 contractor.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking full ownership of electrical project delivery from pre-construction through to handover and final account
- Managing multi-disciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain on projects up to £25m
- Leading client-facing relationships with top-tier main contractors and end-user clients
- Programme management — producing, maintaining, and driving delivery against project schedules
- Overseeing RAMS, EYFS compliance, and all HSE obligations across the project lifecycle
- Working closely with the commercial team on valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Mentoring and developing site supervisors and junior project staff
- Attending and chairing project meetings, representing the business at the highest level
What we're looking for:
- Proven electrical PM experience within M&E or building services
- Tier 1 main contractor experience, either directly or as a specialist contractor
- A career that shows loyalty and depth
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), ECS — 18th Edition desirable
- Confident communicator who can hold a room with clients and contractors
