Responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and remove complex impediments, risks, and cross‑team dependencies
- Facilitate team and program‑level ceremonies with focus, alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
- Partner with Technical Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and leadership to improve planning, prioritisation, and delivery flow
- Monitor team health, delivery performance, and Agile metrics to support data‑informed improvements
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters within the Agile community of practice
- Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices, frameworks, and delivery standards across the organization
- Support organisational change initiatives and help embed Agile thinking beyond engineering teams
Requirements
- Significant experience applying Agile principles within software development environments
- Proven experience mentoring multiple teams and collaborators to improve Agile maturity and delivery efficiency
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing cross‑team dependencies and supporting delivery at scale
- Strong experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
Differentiators
- Experience working within SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or other scaled Agile frameworks
