Help shape the systems that keep product development moving. As Arena PLM Administrator, you will ensure Graphcore's Product Lifecycle Management platform runs reliably and efficiently. Your work will support engineering teams as they develop and deliver new products. You will maintain the Arena PLM environment, support users, and improve workflows. You will also help introduce new functionality, optimise processes, and keep product data accurate and well governed. This is a role where you can make a visible impact every day.

You will work across engineering and operations while building expertise in configuration management and PLM administration.

The Manufacturing Operations team provides the systems and processes that support product development from concept through delivery. The team works closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to keep critical operational data accurate and accessible. Day to day, you will partner with engineers and operational teams to solve problems, improve workflows, and support users. You will take ownership of your work while collaborating with specialists across the business to deliver practical improvements. The team values curiosity, thoughtful problem solving, and continuous improvement. Decisions are driven by operational needs, good data, and a focus on making engineering work more effective.

What we're looking for

  • Essential
    • Strong understanding of PLM administration and user support
    • Previous hands-on experience administering and supporting Arena PLM software
    • Experience supporting engineering or technical teams within a PLM environment
    • Good understanding of engineering workflows, PLM configurations, and product data management principles
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
    • Experience producing technical documentation and user support materials
  • Desirable
    • Experience supporting PLM system upgrades, testing, or implementation projects
    • Familiarity with manufacturing or hardware development environment
