The predicted salary is between 27485 - 28000 £ per year.
You will be a highly organised person, who enjoys process and takes pride in staying on top of admin. The role will also involve broadcast TV Admin, which is the trafficking of commercials to air. Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with a personable temperament and flexible attitude, who works well with different personalities.
Within our organisation you would assist with a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- General PA duties to the Company Directors
- Coordinate and maintain diaries, travel and logistical requirements
- Effectively provide professional administration support to the team
- Establish, maintain and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times
- Office management, including dealing with suppliers and coordinating office maintenance
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Assisting the Bookkeeper with accounts queries
- Liaising with clients where your remit requires
- Assisting with Broadcast TV Admin & Commercial Trafficking
- Ad-hoc duties required per organisation demands
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in an administrative role. You will be organised, with an ability to prioritise your workload effectively, to coordinate activities and conflicting demands to ensure tasks are completed. Excellent communication skills are a must. The role requires an ability to maintain a high-level of attention detail, while under pressure. As a small company everyone has a degree of autonomy and you would need to be proactive in managing your tasks. The successful candidate will be familiar with Mac computers, proficient in Microsoft Office / Pages / Google suite and Adobe PDF.
Please note: this is an on-site role and you will be required to work in our London Bridge office 5 days a week.
