We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network based in the heart of Shoreditch. We are currently looking for a Social Media Executive to join our Agency team.
As Social Media Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with an iconic, world-leading sports broadcaster and support in the optimisation and publishing of content on its portfolio of YouTube channels. You will work on the day-to-day operation of our client's portfolio of channels, including top-flight football leagues and competitions. The role will involve:
- Publishing content to YouTube
- Thumbnail creation
- Titling, tagging, and captioning content
- Some editing may also be required
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their sports media career and could suit a proactive, entry-level candidate who can demonstrate a flair for content and copywriting. You will have good multisport interest and knowledge, along with a strong understanding of social platforms and social content. Some experience of working in YouTube is desirable.
This role primarily supports the work we do with the client across live events, therefore weekend and evening work is a regular necessity.

How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Working on the day-to-day running of the clients' YouTube channels, including publishing content and thumbnail creation, titling, tagging, captioning content, and community management.
- Supporting the Senior Channel Manager in analysing content and channel performance, making suggestions for how to help achieve broader strategic goals, and being involved in content ideation.
- Contributing to the day-to-day client relationship by being a client-facing presence at times, providing feedback, sharing expertise, and contributing ideas to the wider team.
- Reading and reviewing monthly and quarterly reports, helping to ensure learnings and insights are acted upon.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Knowledge of video and image editing platforms and workflows (Adobe Premiere and Photoshop)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly YouTube Studio
- Excellent copywriting skills, honed for social media platforms
- Strong editorial skills to ensure content plans are creative and align with the overall strategy
- Confident generating and sharing creative ideas with scroll-worthy potential!
- A passion for all sport, particularly football, with an interest in boxing and F1 a bonus
- Strong understanding of what makes content pop and perform well, and the ability to quickly learn to navigate social analytics tools
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding accurate implementation of brand guidelines, spelling, and grammar
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset.
