The Senior Streaming Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day strategy of growing the NT’s leading streaming operation. They will define how to grow the on-platform proposition across programming, marketing, CRM, merchandising and product development, working closely with Digital Marketing, Programming and our streaming technology partner. They will be a collaborator who mobilises colleagues across functions to drive NT at Home's growth.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following

  • Substantial experience growing a subscription, SVOD or niche streaming platform, with a strong understanding of the full mix of growth levers - programming, marketing, CRM, merchandising and product development
  • Proven track record of translating platform strategy into clear, actionable briefs for marketing and creative teams, and of using performance feedback to continuously refine approach.
  • Experience working closely with content or programming teams to help shape a content slate, using audience data to inform programming decisions
  • Experience managing a relationship with an OTT or streaming technology platform provider, including working through a technical product roadmap
  • Strong understanding of subscription and streaming platform metrics - churn, retention, lifetime value, conversion and engagement - and the ability to use these to inform decision-making.
