Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Creative Producer to join our Agency team.

The Creative Producer is responsible for generating original concepts for social and digital platforms that cut through and resonate with audiences.
You'll have an instinct for what people are watching, talking about and sharing, with a genuine passion for social media, creator culture, digital innovation and emerging trends.
You'll champion creative development from brief to pitch, as well as identifying opportunities inspired by entertainment, sport, culture and audience behaviours to develop content across both social and digital channels.
Working closely with our creative, strategy and production teams, the Creative Producer will shape standout ideas that deliver both editorial impact and client objectives across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, streaming services and emerging platforms.
Your focus will be predominantly on non-scripted video and audio projects that are funded by brands.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing ideas for brands, broadcasters and publishers, with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice, audience behaviours and how content should evolve across different platforms and channels.

- How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Developing, writing and pitching for original production opportunities both independently and also in close collaboration with other members of the Creative Production Studio and wider Little Dot Studios agency, with original creative development as your key focus
- Engaging in content strategy and creative and brand positioning, including for social campaigns, viral social campaigns and Creator-led marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Developing compelling narratives and storytelling arcs for social media campaigns, leveraging multimedia elements to captivate and engage the audience
- Exploring innovative ways to integrate user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and interactive features into campaign narratives
- Collaborating with in-house agency for insights and strategy to inform and underpin creative development
- Briefing and providing feedback on pitch collateral with the Little Dot Studios design team
- Working closely with production producers to guide cost and schedule project proposals
- Facilitating company-wide or team specific ideation sessions
- Presenting creative development internally and pitch to external clients
- Attending productions as creative lead when necessary
- Overseeing post production for editorial and lead creative in absence of directors or edit producers when necessary
- Writing and presenting case study materials on projects you have overseen
- Support or lead in any creative marketing collateral eg showreels, presentations, social posts
- Running development calls with possible on-screen talent and their agents and coordinating with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed for campaign execution Maintaining relationships with key production crew and creatives like Directors, DOPs and casting producers
- Overseeing the work of any freelance Creatives engaged.
- What You Need To Succeed
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Excellent writing skills, a talent for problem solving and a keen eye for detail
- Experience working in a similar role at a content company, commercial broadcaster, advertising or media agency
- Familiar with Adobe Suite and a strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere. In Design, Google Slides and Power Point are also useful
- Awareness and interest in the landscape of television, digital, audio and social platforms in the UK and US is important
- Proven track record for developing successful ideas quickly and methodically, keeping a cool head when unexpected changes to timelines or client feedback comes in
- Effectively guide development sessions to support team members who may have less experience in conceptualising and advancing successful initiatives
- Experience managing researchers and assistant creative producers, and providing constructive notes/guidance to designers and editors for pitch materials or final projects
- Practical creative with a mixture of production and development experience would be ideal with an awareness of how production works
- Creative development experience to cover but not limited to - Live action, animation, Livestream and audio.
