We have a role for a Project Quantity Surveyor on a substantial, high rise RC frame in Docklands.
The scheme is a large, residential development and the successful candidate will be responsible for all site-based commercial activities on the behalf of the frame contractor, a highly respected and successful £50m turnover specialist.
Duties will include measurement, take offs, variations, valuations and applications on £10m worth of work so applicants must display at least five years’ post graduation experience with one or more of London’s RC Frame / Groundworks contractors.
The position has been brought about by the award of four large schemes with more expected next year so long term prospects are excellent and the company offers well appointed offices in a riverside location with a gym and restaurant so working conditions are excellent and staff turn over low..
The position is an urgent one so interviews can be offered immediately, prospects for career development could not be better and starting salary is a very competitive £60k to £70k + Car (Or Allowance) + Package + Bonus.
