We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support a substantial, high‑rise RC frame in Docklands. The scheme is a large residential development, and the successful candidate will carry out all site‑based commercial activities on behalf of the frame contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Measurement, take‑offs, variations, valuations and applications on approximately £10m worth of work.
  • The role involves working closely with the contractor, managing site‑based commercial activities and ensuring accurate cost controls.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years post‑graduation experience, preferably with London RC frame or groundworks contractors.

Salary: £60k to £70k plus car (or allowance), package and bonus.
