We're looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our Account Management team in London. You'll support the full client lifecycle - from proposal preparation through project delivery communications - working alongside our Principal and Senior Account Managers, who serve some of the most demanding clients in the industry. This is a fast-track learning opportunity. You'll be exposed to live M&A deal processes from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Report to our Principal Account Manager and Senior Account Manager in the day-to-day running of client accounts, including proposals, project updates, and delivery communications.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal delivery teams to keep projects on track against tight deal timelines.
  • Prepare project materials: survey scoping documents, status updates, and results summaries.
  • Track project milestones and flag risks or issues early.
  • Join client calls, take structured notes, and own follow-up actions.
  • Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts and workstreams as you develop.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial, consulting, or research role (internships count).
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams under time pressure - deals move fast and deadlines are real.
  • Genuine interest in private equity, M&A, or market research.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - this is not a role where you can sit on the sidelines.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Nice to have: exposure to survey research, commercial due diligence, or professional services environments; additional European languages.

Why Join GrapeData

  • Competitive salary with commission-based incentive.
  • Be at the bleeding edge of the survey world - our proprietary panel and tech stack assess relevance and coherence and match the right people to the right tasks.
  • Work directly with leading private equity firms and top strategy consultancies.
  • Get early exposure to high-stakes M&A processes most junior professionals never see.
  • Learn fast in a small, ambitious team where your work is visible and your input matters.
  • Clear progression path towards full account ownership.
  • Central London office, 4 days a week in office - we believe junior team members learn fastest working side by side with experienced colleagues.
