Role Overview
Key part of the Pastoral Support Team as a Behaviour Support Assistant, responsible for providing student support within and beyond the classroom, addressing challenging behaviours, fostering a caring learning environment, and building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents/carers.
Responsibilities
- Support students with pastoral care and re-engage individual learners.
- Assist students in making wise choices and positive behaviours.
- Work flexibly across all age groups to address challenging behaviours.
