The candidate:
Are you an energetic, creative individual who can relate positively to young people? This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside teaching staff to support the children with their emotional and learning needs. As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will nurture, inspire, challenge, and motivate pupils, whilst implementing clear boundaries and routines. You'll engage with pupils across a range of abilities and help raise aspirations and attainment in students and encourage progression. You will possess good numeracy and literacy skills equivalent to GCSE grade C in Maths and English, as well as effective communication skills.
This Apprenticeship is offered on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the apprenticeship. As part of the apprenticeship, you will also be required to complete assignments and coursework to support your learning and development.
