Granville Academy is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to work with the pastoral team to improve student attendance and outcomes.

The role requires accurate record-keeping, data analysis and effective communication with staff, parents and external agencies.

You will support students in overcoming barriers to attendance, with a focus on timely, proactive intervention and building positive relationships with families.

Driving duties may be required as part of home visits.
