Full Time

25,000 per annum plus monthly service charge, typically 2,400 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent outstanding enquiry handling processes are implemented with every call, email, online enquiry and walk-in
• Handle small incoming enquiries primarily focusing on private dining for groups of up to 20, private afternoon tea bookings and small groups
• Produce all event stationery along with menu pre-orders
• Assist with the festive booking process during the busy period in the run up to Christmas
• Good reactive and proactive sales approach to enquiries, ensuring no sales opportunities are missed
• Ensure excellent management of all pre and post event communications
• Ensure the booking system is used for each enquiry and completed correctly
• Uphold the team SOP’s given to you
• Ensure all details for booking are up to date and handed over to the relevant departments
• Working with the sales team and the operational team to achieve exceptional service from the beginning to the end of an event booking experience
• Use Grantley Hall’s meeting selling strategies and room selling strategies
• Ensure use of our agreed Terms & Conditions and deposit policies for all bookings
• Complete any additional sales and event oriented tasks, within reason, as requested by the DOSM and GM.

• Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
• Knowledge of Opera and 7 rooms, Canva and Fango would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
• Use of own initiative with willingness to go above and beyond in supporting the wider Grantley Hall team
