Job Description: Chef de Partie at The Grantley Arms
Responsibilities:
- Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
- Manage the day-to-day running of your section under the guidance of a Sous Chef.
- Support the development of creative menus and service standards.
- Ensure the food quality meets the high standards expected at The Grantley Arms.
- Strive for continuous improvement and achievement.
- Communicate relevant feedback from guests and team to the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
- Assist in other sections or duties as required.
- Train and delegate tasks to Commis Chefs and apprentices.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock control, organization, and standards of your section.
